Kenneth Harris, LPC-S, LADAC, CADC, EMDR, is the Assistant Director of Counseling and Psychological Services for the University of Arkansas and has managed a private practice for over 10 years. As a seasoned professional with certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), JSOP, Trauma Focused CBT, and Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counseling, Kenneth is driven by a passion for healing and promoting productive lifestyles. He specializes in substance abuse, certified juvenile sex offender counselor, and addiction treatment focusing on juvenile rehabilitation, employing a unique blend of empathy and evidence-based techniques. With a wealth of experience, Kenneth is certified in Supervision supporting over 25 supervisees, provides individual and marriage therapy, guiding clients through the intricacies of personal and relational challenges. His commitment to fostering positive change is evident in every session, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to embark on their journey toward healing and growth. Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his daughter, attending Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity charity events, and writing programs to support case workers in the Juvenile Justice system.
